RENTAL CONTRACT

LOCATION: 15 km from Beziers on the Mediterranean in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The campground is sheltered beneath a magnificent pine forest only 1,2 km away from an enormous, gently sloping, fine-grained sandy beach. A real paradise for children!

SERVICES: all kinds of provisions are available on site during July and August. There is a grocery store, bar, restaurant, ready-cooked meals, washing machines, doctor from 3pm to 4pm, pharmacy and a nurse 1 km away, free club children from 4 to 10 years, library, as well as regional guides and brochures.

RECREATION: during July and August children's games, tennis, pool with slide, mini-golf, archery and ping-pong are available on site..

ACTIVITIES: you can participate in a "boules" (traditional French bowling) competition, cards and evening dances at the campground. There are also a circus ...furthermore within a 1-3 km radius at Valras there is dancing, bowling, horseback riding, a sailing school, casino, sea podium, as well as sea, river and canal fishing.

BAMBI MOBILE HOMES: Sleep 4, 15m2, 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed while the other has 2 twin beds. The kitchen area only has cold running water. This type of mobile home does not have bath or toilet facilities (communal facilities are close by) but does have a patio equipped with a table and chairs.

MOBILE HOMES: Sleep 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 with separate bedrooms for children and parents. This type of mobile home has a bathroom with sink, shower and wc, a kitchen with hot and cold running water and heating (except in July and August). The patio is equipped with either wooden or plastic table and benches or chairs.

MOBILE HOMES VENUS 4 and 5 sleep, MERCURE 6 sleep and TITANIA 8 sleep : with the following extras: 20 to 25 % more surface area compared to the Comfort series, a bigger refrigerator with a freezer and some super comfort mobile homes also have air conditioning - please note price difference.

BUNGALOWS: Sleep 4, 5 or 6. Come with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a kitchen area, a bathroom with a wc, shower and sink as well as hot and cold running water. There is a patio in front with a table and chairs or benches. The bungalow which sleeps 6 has an additional bedroom. Surface area for bungalows sleeping 4 and 5 people - 26 m². The bungalow which sleeps 6 is 33 m². Beds are 80 cm and 120 cm. Some are equipped with air-conditioners, to see the supplement on the tariffs.

EQUIPMENT: all rentals have a parking space next to them. For those renting Bambi mobile homes without bathing & toilet facilities the communal sanitary buildings have everything you need: individual stalls, hot and cold running water and 220w electrical outlets.

INVENTORY: all our rentals come with a table, chairs, fridge, gas stove without oven, beds, mattresses, pillows or bolsters, one blanket per bed, salad bowls, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, crock-pot, frying pan, strainer, coffee machine, pans, forks, knives, ladle, skimming ladle, cork-screw, lettuce dryer, coffee spoons, soup spoons, garbage can and wash basin, ash tray, mops, dish holder, can openers, brooms and clothes hangers.

You have 24 hours to let us know if anything is missing or damaged after which you will be held responsible.

THERE ARE NO: Electric coffeemakers, micro waves, furnace, coffee or vegetable grinders, vegetable press, pressure cooker, dish cloths, napkins or table cloths, sheets or pillow cases. You may either bring them or rent them at the campground (sheets 6.10 € per pair, pillow cases 3.05 € per pair) ; There is no iron, but one may be borrowed from the office. Please avoid bringing electrical appliances over 1500 watts.

TO RENT: No booking by telephone, you send 25 % of the price of the rent as deposit, more 20 € for cool(expenses) of file by banking, mail check or check vacancy in mister BOISSET's order. You can take out an insurance policy termination of contract and refund(repayment) of your deposit following the conditions of the chapter termination, its cost 10 €uros, added to the check of deposit. Indeed mention in any correspondence, or by telephone your N° of reference of this contract.

CANCELLATION: An unforeseen obliges you to cancel your contract. 1) You have no insurance(assurance) cancellation: you will be paid off 50 % of your deposit, if we receive a registered letter before April 30th., after this date any refund(repayment). If you are assured(insured) (10 €), you will be paid off your deposit in the receipt of a registered letter at least one month before the beginning of your stay, this period(delay) of cancellation can be reduced in 7 days minimum by registered letter in case of hospitalization or of death(deaths) of a member(limb) close to the family, the big relatives(parents), the father, the mother, or the child, anybody attracts(entices) case of for. The expenses of file and insurance(assurance) cancellation no suntjarnais paid off whatever is the case of termination.

ACCESS: the easiest way to get here is to avoid entering VALRAS. When looking at the map follow the directions for "VALRAS plage Ouest" and "VENDRES plage". You will then drive in front of the park which has a small road going through it giving access to the last 2 intersections.

WARNING - GATES ARE CLOSED BETWEEN 11:30PM AND 6:00AM.

DELAY: please note, any rental that is not occupied 24 hours after the specified time of arrival and whose renter has not contacted us may be rented the next day at 12pm. The renter forfeits all rights due to his silence. A late arrival will not automatically allow you to extend your date of departure.

No reimbursements will be given for early departures, including for extenuating circumstances
(telegram, certificate).

MISCELLANEOUS: the boundaries of each pitch are indicated by pines, with the average surface area being approximately l00 m², except for bungalows which are 200 m².
Barbecues are prohibited on rental pitches but are allowed, weather permitting, on collective pitches (barbecue not supplied). Access to the beach is free and monitored but dogs are prohibited. If you have relatives or friends who like to camp we also have some pitches reserved for camping.

VISITORS: must know the number of your rental and pay an entry fee. This fee does not give access to the pool which is reserved exclusively for renters. Not complying with these obligations will engage their responsibility for all accidents and we will deduct the cost of their visit from your deposit.

ARRIVAL: please go to the reception desk which is open every day from 8am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 8pm. You will be required to pay for the rest of your stay and leave a deposit of 200 € which will be returned when you leave after your rental has been returned clean and undamaged.

NIGHTTIME DEPARTURES: if you plan on leaving outside the reception office's hours you must return your key the night before and we will send your deposit back by mail after checking the rental.
