INTERNAL RULES WITHIN BELLE-VUE PARK - PRACTICLE INFORMATION

ANIMALS: Animals are accepted provided they are vaccinated and kept on leash under your own responsibility. For their toilet needs they must be taken outwith the park. Any soiling must be cleaned by the animals owner.

DEPARTURE (end of rental inspection): from 8am till 10am. The rental accommodation should be clean and free of all personal objects, notify the reception. Once the inspection has been completed, hand over the key and you will be given a ticket to take to the reception together with your security bracelets. Your deposit will be returned to you.

WEAR AND TEAR: Do not allow children to play in the communal areas. Don’t waste water.

PETANQUE PLAYING: Under your own responsibility within the alleyways.

BEDDING: Removal of mattresses, bedcovers and pillows outwith the rental accommodation is strictly forbidden.

SWIMMINGPOOLS: Bracelets must be worn (except children under 13 yrs old). Bracelets lost during stay will be charged for (charges displayed at reception). Shorts prohibited, swimming-trunks obligatory.

BINS: Bin contents must be emptied in the containers provided.

RESPECT FOR OTHERS: For the well-being of all, avoid making noise, excepting organised events, between 11pm and daybreak.

SANITARY BLOCKS: Children under 6 yrs old should be accompanied to toilets, do not let children play within.

THEFTS: You are advised not to leave washing hung out at night.

WARNING: Non respect of one or any of these rules may result in your expulsion.

USEFUL ADVICE

POST:      

• Sending: Deposit mail in the yellow box opposite the self-service.
• Arrival: Arriving mail is distributed in boxes at the reception entrance.

MESSAGES AND PARCELS: If your name appears on the blackboard opposite, go into the reception to collect.

EMERGENCIES: To consult a doctor or convey a patient to hospital outwith reception opening hours, consult the noticeboard
on the reception door, where you will find all necessary advice.

GAS: Advise us if your bottle is empty. If after 9pm, it will be changed the following morning after 8am.

WASHING MACHINES: Can be found in the sanitary block opposite the reception. Machines function with tokens, on sale
at the office.

LOST AND FOUND OBJECTS: Reclaim lost or deposit found objects at reception.

DOCTOR: The doctors arrival will be announced by tannoy, consultations take place in the hall beside the reception.

PROBLEMS: Provide details to reception with the shortest possible delay.

TELEPHONE: Our telephone line is private, you may not make calls from the reception (except emergencies), card operated phone boxes are available within the park.

INVENTORY: Table, chairs, fridge, gas cooker without oven, beds, mattresses, pillows, one bed cover per bed, salad bowls, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, stockpot, fryingpan, sieve, coffee maker, casserole dishes, forks, knives, ladle, skimming ladle, Corkscrew, salad dryer, coffee spoons, soup spoons, bin, basin, ashtray, floor cloths, table mats, tin-opener, floor brush, hangers, clothes dryer. THERE IS NOT: coffee grinder or vegetable processor, purée maker, pressure cooker, dish cloths and table napkins, sheets or pillowcases should be brought with you or hired on site (large sheets 6€ per pair, small 4€, pillowcases 3€ per pair), an iron can be obtained from the office.
Avoid electrical equipment requiring greater than 1200 watts

IN THE EVENT OF FIRE: Contact the reception immediately giving precise details of location and site number. Clear access as much as possible to allow rapid on site intervention and fire-fighting services. Park cars in the direction of departure. Follow the instructions given over the camp tannoy system. Available fire-fighting equipment, a 3000 litre fire-engine, 600 litre water tank with pump and hoses. 70 extinguishers distributed throughout 5 locations. Fire hoses (RIA) covering the entire site and two fire hydrants.
